Our simple “ Time-tracking" feature allows users to estimate and track how much time they spend working on a particular task and to generate reports based on that information. Time logged can be marked as “billable” or “non-billable” and time log reports can be easily shared with clients.

Milestone & Events

Add events with dates, times, date ranges, or all-day events. See what’s due when. Attach people to events and notify them when events are added. Discuss events on their own self-contained page. Subscribe to all project milestones & events with Google Calendar.

Project Templates

Create notes by collaborating with team members and iterate on different ideas. Notes are saved with a log of changes made by each of the contributor. This way you can keep track of what the other team member has changed in each revision.
Note: You also have the option to create a new template based on any existing project in TeamWave.

Latest Activity / Progress

Your Progress page is a timeline of all the activity in your projects. It's updated in real time, and contains info about who’s completing work, kicking off new discussions, commenting on existing conversations, answering questions, etc. Scroll down to see everything in the order it happened.

Collaborate with Clients or Vendors

It's easier than ever to collaborate with clients. Invite just ONE person from your client’s team and they will be able to independently add/manage their entire team. And don’t worry about keeping some interactions private, your client never sees anything they shouldn’t.

Docs & Files

Organize important files & documents in projects. Share files between different projects. Alternatively, simply link up with Google Docs OR Dropbox. And “Tag” everything!

Tags on Everything

Group everything into specific categories with Tags. This will aid with filter and search functions. Use “Tags” with projects, tasks, files and more.

Forwarded Emails

The ability to forward emails to your project is especially useful when there's a conversation happening outside TeamWave. If your project members start drifting toward using email, forwarding email is a great way to bring the conversation into TeamWave. Forwarded emails are stored along with all your other project items.

Advanced Search

Sometimes you don't know exactly where an important file was uploaded, or you're hunting for that conversation you know you had with your client last month (it's in here somewhere!). You can search through messages, tasks, and comments across all projects to find what you need.
